Return of Materials
Materials must be re-shipped, prepaid U.S. Postal, UPS or FedEx, on or before the date specified in the "return date" section of the Booking Confirmation. Otherwise, the rental fee will be doubled on all late returns.
Cancellations
Booking cancellations (or requests for change) must be received in our office at least two weeks prior to the date specified in the "date requested" section of the Booking Confirmation. Otherwise, payment of the rental fee will be required.
