Media Library Collection Development
Continuing collection development is an important component of the Media Library. Educational material acquisitions are based on faculty recommendations and input. In an effort to "stretch" the acquisition budget, a 50-50 policy is offered. If an academic department is willing to contribute one-half the cost, the Media Library will purchase these materials and place them in its permanent collection.
