Damage or Loss:
Users are responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage or loss of materials while in their possession and remain responsible until the materials are returned to the Media Library. To minimize damage or loss, please use trained equipment operators and insure return shipment.
Damaged or lost tapes are subject to a $250.00 fee, plus the cost of replace or repair the tape if it exceeds $250.00.
