Use Restriction Policy :
License agreements with producers and distributors, and copyright law require that all Media Library patrons adhere to certain use restrictions. Placement of an order means that the user agrees to assume financial liability for any lawsuit resulting form violation of the following restrictions:

Materials may not be duplicated or televised (broadcast or closed-circuit) in whole or in part without prior written authorization from the copyright holder. The user is responsible for obtaining this authorization.

Materials may not be physically cut or altered in any manner.

Materials may not be loaned or rented to other schools, organizations, or individuals by the original user.

No admission charges (direct or indirect) may be imposed.

Videotapes may not be used for any purpose other than home viewing and classroom face-to-face teaching activities.
