Instructional Technology Services is the University at Buffalo's resource for audio-visual and computing support for University sponsored conferences.
Traditional audio-visual, professional sound equipment, and state of the art video and computer projection support are available. Professional staff with a wide range of experience are available to assist with the presentation needs of your conference.
Many Rooms are Outfitted to Meet Your Needs
The University at Buffalo is a national leader in the development of Technology Classrooms and lecture halls. Ranging in size from 20 - 385 seats, these rooms are ideal for conferences. These facilities feature custom designed teaching stations that contain multi media computer platforms (Windows based or Mac OS) and other "high tech"instructional support equipment capable of displaying both data and video through a large screen video projector. Ethernet connections in each room allow access to UB's network and the internet.Other presentation capabilities include a VHS VCR, and a color camera platform capable of displaying transparencies, hard copy and small three dimensional objects (Wolf Visualizer). Additional support technology includes a P.A. system, and audio and video recording.
Traditional audio-visual equipment is also available including overhead projector and 35mm slide projector.
